My back ground includes (Interior Design, Real-estate appraising, General contracting: Remodel's and new construction, sales & marketing,) I also have experience & knowledge on buying homes below fair market value, fixing them up and selling them quickly. (This is also known as flipping). This enables me to share my experience with anyone who is considering purchasing investment properties. I bring all these expertise's together to help my buyers and sellers get the best dollar for their personal real-estate outcome.

NORTHWEST NATIVE: Born in Seattle and raised on the West coast. Daughter of a 4th generation Builder architect, I grew up in Bellevue WA where my Grandfather, two Uncles, and Father built hundreds of homes on the Eastside, and won awards. I learned the value of hard work, integrity, and what great planning and design can produce. I love helping my clients create beautiful spaces! Whether they are selling their home, staging to sell their home, or beautifying (updating) my buyers newly purchased home, I enjoy it all. I love timeless design! My favorite is Northwest contemporary with pops of color.

MY TEAM: I work with a select team of professionals throughout the purchase, and or sale of your home. These professionals come into the fold as needed during your real-estate transaction. My team consists of marketing & two office assistant's, transaction coordinator, managing broker, loan officer, photographer, general contractor, Davidson & Kilpatric Escrow & Law, along with the bank appointed appraiser and hired home inspector of buyer's choice. I am also a licensed & bonded interior designer and staging professional. When I stage a home, I believe that it doesn't always have to be expensive to look good! I've learned a lot of thrifty tricks over the years, on how to make a space warm, inviting, and luxurious for less. When staging a home to sell, I get top dollar for homeowner's and spend fewer days on the market.
